Service requests are paused because no local remediation company is partnered with this site. This page explains what was stored before the pause and how to ask about it.

Nothing here observes you
This site sets no cookies of any kind. It carries no analytics product, no advertising or remarketing tag, no social platform pixel, no session replay tool, no heatmap, no live chat widget, no embedded video player, and no typeface loaded from a font service. The two typefaces you are reading are served from this domain and nowhere else.
There is also no JavaScript on these pages at all, not a small amount but none, so there is nothing capable of watching what you do here even in principle. That is checkable rather than a promise: open your browser's developer tools, reload any page, and look at the list of network requests. Every one of them points at this domain.
What earlier requests contained
The service form is no longer available. Earlier submissions could include:
- A name and a phone number. Both were required by the old form.
- An email address. This was optional.
- Whichever service you selected and whatever you write in the details box.
There is nowhere on this site to enter a date of birth, a Social Security number, an income figure, or any card or bank detail, and we would have no use for any of them. A mold survey does not require that information, and a site in this trade that asks for it is one to close.
What gets worked out rather than typed
Three things were recorded alongside a message without being typed: the time the request arrived, the user-agent string your browser announces to every website it visits, and the two-letter country code Cloudflare derives from your connection. Your IP address itself is not stored, which is also why nothing here is rate-limited per visitor.
One further thing is calculated from what is already listed above. Submissions are scored for whether they looked like a sales pitch instead of an inquiry, using the wording of the message and that country code. Suspicious submissions were marked; none was sent to a contractor.
Nothing new is collected to do this, and no submission is silently discarded. A genuine request that gets marked by mistake is still on file and still recoverable, which is why it is marked rather than thrown away.
Who received it
No local remediation company was connected to receive submissions, and no introduction fee was earned. Earlier requests stayed in the restricted database. The about page explains the site's current status.
Those details were not sold or given to a lead aggregator, data broker, mailing list, or group of contractors.
Where it lives and for how long
The site runs on Cloudflare's network, so Cloudflare is our hosting provider and handles requests to it. Earlier form submissions were written to a database on that network, held in North America. They were not passed to a contractor.
Records remain until deliberately removed. There is no automatic deletion schedule.
Having it removed
Use the separate form below with the name and phone number used before. It saves a privacy request in the restricted database for owner review; it does not create a service inquiry or automatically delete a record. The request stores what you enter, its arrival time, user-agent string and country code.
Minors
Nothing on this site is aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
Changes to this page
The service form is paused. Only the privacy request form below accepts details; a direct post to the old service address is rejected before details are stored.
